Digital Elements March Update

I’ve had a wonderful time creating over the last few weeks, fully immersed in the Ethereal Icons series and Moonlight Kids. Ideas have been flowing, I’ve been learning new things in Photoshop, and overall, it feels like growth. But now, I find myself a little tired and depleted—which is a good thing. It’s a sign to step back, recharge, and seek inspiration elsewhere. Time away, exploring the work of some of my favourite artists, delving into the Photoshop Creative Summit by Dave Cross, and walks in nature will help me feel refreshed again.

Etherial Icons

Ethereal Icons

This series blends collage and digital montage styles, using a lot of clipping textures and bold, striking figures that lead the composition and themes. I loved pushing myself with new techniques, trying different approaches, and just playing—seeing where the process would take me. Experimentation was key, and the results were both exciting and unexpected.

Moonlight Kids

Moonlight Kids

This one was emotional. These delicate, dreamlike figures of children became so personal to me during the creative process. It’s fascinating how some images provoke memories or deep emotions, turning the act of creating into a therapeutic journey. Do you ever experience that? Do certain images stir something in you, pulling you into the past or unlocking emotions you didn’t expect?

One technique I nearly overlooked in this series was adding a touch of atmosphere with bokeh overlays—but once I did, I knew that was exactly what had been missing. A soft bokeh layer, dialed down in opacity and lightly blurred, can create a beautiful, subtle effect. Of course, it’s important to erase distractions and keep key elements visible, but sometimes, it’s the smallest details that complete an image.

Now, it’s time to rest. :)

Here’s an update on some exciting new additions to my shop including the latest KAIZEN collections:

Transformation

I can’t wait to experiment with these rather unusual portraits. My idea is to transform them using interesting elements and overlays, creating something entirely new.

Water Overlays

I’ve added some puddles and flowing water effects—perfect for adding depth and realism to a scene. Whether it’s water trickling from a tap or pooling on the ground, these overlays bring movement and atmosphere to an artwork.

Andalusian Dreams

A KAIZEN collection, now available in my shop! This set carries a touch of warmth, elegance, and heritage, perfect for adding depth and story to your compositions.

Buildings

This collection features unique and intriguing architectural elements, ideal for serving as a background in digital compositions. They provide structure, contrast, and a sense of place.

Metallic Art Studio

Lately, I’ve been working a lot with gold texture. When I generate elements and backgrounds, I keep an eye out for anything that stands out—whether it’s something I can use in a current project or something worth saving for a future collection. If an element catches my attention, I upscale and refine it before adding it to a new or existing collection in my shop.

Mystic Beings

This is another intriguing collection of figures that I’m excited to experiment with. I’ve already seen some stunning results from fellow artists, and I can’t wait to dive in myself!

Light & Magic

This set includes more bokeh overlays, similar to what I worked with in Moonlight Kids, along with sparkly fairies to add a touch of enchantment and magic to compositions.

Eastern Dreams

There’s no direct link yet for Eastern Dreams, but just a heads-up—these elements will be included and available for VIP pass members during the tutorial session with Sebastian Michaels.

For those who have already purchased some of the collections where I’ve added new content, if you don’t have the updated PDF with the link, please reach out to me via my site’s contact form, and I’ll send it to you as soon as possible!

Eastern Dreams - Photoshop Creative Summir

For those that are not familiar with photoshop and image artistry, I highly recommend Sebastian Michaels' Photo Artistry Course. It's a great way to learn photoshop and to learn how to express yourself through this digital art form.
