September Update

Welcome to our September update. Let’s get down to business.
The Secret Life of Objects was another wonderful Layered Visions challenge. The final gallery brought together an imaginative collection of still-life artworks, transforming familiar objects through symbolism, atmosphere and storytelling. Thank you to every artist who contributed and helped make the challenge such a success.
Our latest challenge, Faces Beyond Reality, is already halfway through the month, and the submissions so far have been wonderfully strong and imaginative. From fantasy characters and surreal transformations to more thoughtful and thought-provoking portraits, it is exciting to see how differently each artist has approached the theme.
Please remember that I do not update the gallery every day. New accepted submissions are normally added once a week, so don’t worry if your artwork does not appear immediately.

To everyone creating, experimenting or finding their way through a new idea: keep going. Creativity does not always arrive fully formed. Sometimes it begins with a fragment, an unexpected combination or a small idea that gradually becomes something entirely your own.
New Collections in my Digital Element Shop
If you have missed my updates on Facebook, this is a chance to view new or newish collections that you can find in my digital elements shop for creatives.
Here’s an Update on Some Previous Collections.
I’ve recently added elements to some dark and moody backgrounds/textures to the Overlay & Texture Collection, a substantial amount of very interesting abstract elements to Contemporary Art Studio and lastly, 38 more elements to Scene Builder which makes it a much more interesting and rounded collection. Contemporary Art Studio and Scene builder are both also KAIZEN products and will be added as new collections in the future. Scene Builder will be added on the 1st of October as Scene Builder Part 2 and Contemporary Art Studio will be add on the 1st of November as Contemporary Art Studio Part 2. Unfortunately updating previous collections can be problematic and this proofs to be the best way forward. If you’ve previously purchased these collections and have lost the PSD files or download links, please don’t hesitate to contact me through my website — I’ll respond as soon as possible. I kindly ask that you keep these links private, as they’re intended only for customers who’ve purchased the collections and may need to re-download or access updated versions.
For those that are not familiar with photoshop and image artistry, I highly recommend Sebastian Michaels' Photo Artistry Course. It's a great way to learn photoshop and to learn how to express yourself through this digital art form.
