COMMERCIAL USE LICENCE: The Commercial Use Licence (referred to as CU) grants you the freedom to utilise this product in any manner you desire. You are permitted to create personal projects as well as items for sale. This licence allows you to sell the items as part of an art project or image. For instance, designers can incorporate these items as they are or modfied (edited/manipulated) into collage/montage art, digital or analogue. The only restriction is that you are not authorised to resell the entire kit or individual elements in its original form, either for CU (Commercial Use) or PU (Personal Use).

The Special Effect Collection product contains:

• 22 JPG Special Effects on Black Backgrounds.
• Files are around 4000px X 4000px large 
• 300 dpi 

The Gallery may have examples of completed artworks to demonstrate how I incorporated some of the effects. However, these are not included in the downloadable file.
